About Our Program
Youth sports, particularly baseball and softball, offer invaluable life lessons that go beyond the pursuit of victory and trophies. Our Prospects Program, affiliated with the Pinellas County Youth Baseball League (PCYB), a non-profit Cal Ripken/Babe Ruth organization, provides a platform that transcends traditional recreational leagues.
Our primary goal is to foster the holistic growth of our young athletes, emphasizing responsibility, accountability, and a strong work ethic within a disciplined yet positive framework. We challenge players to step out of their comfort zones, confront adversity, and learn from failures.
We are not driven by financial gain or trophies. If your focus is solely on winning trophies, this program may not align with your objectives. We seek families willing to embrace our philosophy and commit to the effort and learning required to earn their place in our program.
As a non-profit organization, our fees cover operational expenses only. Player fees are 100% non-refundable, except under special circumstances subject to Director/Board approval.
Fees include:

Other expenses deemed appropriate by the Director/Board
